Parker, a U.S. Navy veteran, served his country during a five year enlistment, supporting Operation Enduring Freedom with VFA-143, mastering aviation maintenance, logistics, and record keeping, forging a disciplined, mission-driven mindset that excels under pressure. After studying at the University of Louisville’s College of Business, he founded Carrier Connex in Louisville, Kentucky, in 2023. His leadership fosters a cohesive team, drives strategic initiatives, and aligns the company with industry standards, making Carrier Connex a trusted partner for complex operations.

Corey brings extensive experience in sales and marketing across diverse industries. He studied at the University of Louisville, entered the workforce in sales, and excelled in wholesaling cars for dealerships, where he identified a need for better logistics solutions. This insight led him to co-found Carrier Connex in 2023. As a strategic leader, Corey drives sales and marketing with tenacity, forging connections and guiding growth. With a passion for people, he serves as the EAP provider and believes network is net worth, building collaborative relationships that strengthen our industry standing.

PRESIDENT OF SALES & OPERATIONS

Scott is a results driven executive based in Louisville, Kentucky, with a proven track record of accelerating growth and building high performing teams. With deep expertise in B2B sales, strategic account management, and executive leadership, Scott brings a sharp focus to driving revenue, strengthening client relationships, and cultivating top tier talent. Scott earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Western Kentucky University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. His leadership philosophy blends strategic insight with a commitment to service; both to clients and the community.

DIRECTOR OF INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT & COMPLIANCE

Linzi oversees international ocean freight, international air freight shipments, negotiates direct shipping rates with global partners, and ensures the seamless movement of our operations across international borders. Her ability to navigate complex international shipping requirements, build strong carrier relationships, and provide exceptional customer service has made her an invaluable member of the Carrier Connex leadership team. Through continued professional growth and a commitment to excellence, Linzi plays a critical role in delivering reliable, efficient, and compliant global transportation solutions for customers around the world.

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

David brings a rare blend of technical expertise and relationship driven sales to his role as VP at Carrier Connex. He studied Network Administration at Ivy Tech Community College, then spent eight years in tech, rising from Network Engineer to leading a Network Operations Center team of 40 individuals across six time zones. After a entrepreneurial stint running a gym in Austin during the COVID-19 pandemic, and four years managing enterprise accounts in healthcare, David joined Carrier Connex and leads with the same discipline and heart he brings home to his wife of 10 years and their two boys.

Jack, a Louisville native with deep roots in the city, honed his competitive edge as a college baseball pitcher before channeling that tenacity into the transportation industry—where he’s thrived ever since. Mastering the art of facing individual batters one-on-one, he learned to adapt his strategy with precision, a skill that uniquely shapes his approach to every challenge. With over five years of industry experience, Jack stands out for his ability to perform under any circumstance, delivering exceptional results with unwavering dedication. Brock is a dynamic, multi-sport collegiate athlete turned accomplished logistics professional, boasting over five years of expertise in the transportation industry. He has carved a distinguished career in freight and auto transport, earning accolades as a Top Performer in sales for his unwavering consistency and client-centric approach. Brock seamlessly integrates the discipline and teamwork honed on the athletic field with the relentless drive of logistics, maintaining a competitive edge while embracing every challenge, bringing a unique, cohesive spirit to the sales floor at Carrier Connex.

CARRIER PROCUREMENT & OPERATIONS MANAGER

Emily is an operations and logistics professional with a proven track record of leading teams and driving efficiency across freight and supply chain operations. She oversees daily freight operations, compliance, carrier routing, full cycle shipment management, and performance metric monitoring. She is passionate about building efficient systems that support both business growth and our client partnerships. Her dedication to the craft is paramount in growing Carrier Connex domestic carrier partnerships.

DIRECTOR OF ENTERPRISE OPERATIONS

Alex brings a unique combination of experience in supply chain analytics and sales leadership to his role at Carrier Connex. He studied Mathematics at the University of Louisville, while competing for the Cardinals Track and Field program. Professionally, Alex brings an analytical approach with our high volume partners, cultivating unique solutions to optimize efficiency in an ever-evolving industry. His commitment to further his own education within the industry; and to share industry knowledge with our partners has been crucial to growing our relationships with both our clients and carriers.

LOGISTICS ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Abel brings a dynamic and disciplined approach to driving client growth and building strong partnerships. His professional foundation is rooted in a background in medical administration, where detail, organization, and clear communication are essential. Complemented by his military service in the U.S. Army, Abel possesses strong leadership, adaptability, and a steady focus under pressure. Having traveled extensively, he offers a broad global perspective and a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life. This unique mix of structured military training, administrative care, and worldliness allows him to navigate complex business needs with ease.

LOGISTICS ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Will developed a strong work ethic and team-first mentality through years of playing basketball and baseball. He spent more than a decade in the restaurant industry, serving as a server, bartender, and manager, where he built a reputation for exceptional customer service and leadership. Today, he brings that same dedication, communication, and competitive drive to every client interaction. Outside of work, Will is an avid supporter of Kentucky athletics and a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, McKauley, and recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary.

LOGISTICS ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Dave is our newest broker, joining Carrier Connex in early July 2026. His tenacity in securing dependable drayage carriers and coordinating time-sensitive port moves has made an immediate impact on our operations. Dave has quickly developed a strong understanding of ocean freight logistics, working closely with ports, terminals, and carrier partners to ensure freight moves efficiently from vessel to final destination. His approach has earned the trust of both clients and transportation partners alike.

SENIOR CONTROLLER

Jojo brings expertise in logistics and financial operations to the organization. With certifications in both QuickBooks and bookkeeping, she oversees accounting processes, financial reporting, and compliance with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Johanna’s background in the logistics industry gives her a strong understanding of cost management, operational workflows, and the financial structures that drive business performance. Her hands-on approach and technical proficiency help streamline systems, improve transparency, and support strategic decision-making across departments.

ASSISTANT CONTROLLER

Taylor brings a strong work ethic and a passion for continuous learning to Carrier Connex. After her time in restaurant management, she transitioned into the logistics industry, where she supports the company's financial operations while pursuing her degree in Accountancy at the University of Louisville. As Carrier Connex continues to grow, she is committed to expanding her knowledge, improving financial processes, and supporting the team with the reliability that helps drive our accounting processes.
